66-year-old woman with a history of luminal B breast carcinoma, treated with neoadjuvant therapy, mastectomy, and radiation therapy two years ago. She now presents with heartburn and upper abdominal discomfort. Gastric corpus lesion biopsies.

Case 7

66 year old man with hypertension and chronic renal disease, who presents with a 2 day history of non-bloody diarrhoea and abdominal pain without vomiting. Admitted with a suspicion of COVID-19 and found to have acute-on-chronic renal failure with raised potassium (6,6 mmol/l). He develops acute abdomen in the hospital the next day and undergoes laparotomy with extended right hemicolectomy.
